Which service do I need for a delivery after purchase?

Most buyers need a delivery or acceptance flight, often combined with permit handling, customs clearance and, where the aircraft has no operator, coverage under our air operator certificate.

Can services be combined into a single movement?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and they usually are. A single ferry can include return-to-service coordination, permits, customs filings, RVSM authorization and crew provision under one fixed price.

Do you support one-off flights as well as programmes?

Accepted Answer

Both. We fly single movements for owners and brokers, and run repeat programmes for lessors and fleet operators repositioning multiple aircraft.

What customs services do you offer?

Import and export customs clearance for N-registered aircraft, importer and exporter of record arrangements, CBP Landing Rights, eAPIS filing and temporary RVSM Letters of Authorization, all filed directly under our CBP-bonded status.

Do you provide crew without the rest of the movement?

Yes. Flight crew services is a standalone offering, from a single type-rated captain to a full ferry crew, with oceanic and ferry-experienced pilots for transport-category and business aircraft.

Can you handle permits only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Overflight and landing permit handling is available as a standalone service for owner-flown and third-party movements, using the same permit desk that supports our own ferry flights.

Do you manage registration and deregistration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate deregistration from one state and registration into the next around the movement, so the certificate that matters on the day of the flight is the one that is actually valid.

Return-to-service support coordinates the maintenance needed to make the aircraft airworthy for the sector, working with the maintenance provider before our crew arrives.
