Aircraft customs, cleared by the people flying the aircraft

We are bonded with US Customs and Border Protection and clear N-registered aircraft ourselves. Import and export entries, Landing Rights, eAPIS and importer of record, all filed in house.

  • Bonded with CBP
  • N-registered aircraft
  • Import and export
  • Bonded with CBP and filing directly, not through an outside broker
  • Import and export entries for N-registered aircraft
  • Landing Rights and eAPIS handled with the flight plan
  • Importer or exporter of record where privacy matters

Bonded with CBP, filing directly

Most operators hand the customs file to an outside broker and then spend the week chasing it. We are bonded with US Customs and Border Protection, so the entry, the Landing Rights request and the eAPIS manifest are prepared by the same desk that plans the flight.

That is the whole advantage. When the arrival slips, the roster changes or the port asks a question, there is nobody to hand it to and no gap between the flight plan and the paperwork.

Import and export for N-registered aircraft

We file both directions. On the way in, that means the customs entry with its valuation, classification and importer of record, alongside the arrival approvals. On the way out, it means the export filing lined up with deregistration and the marks the aircraft will wear at its destination.

The aircraft does not have to be one we are ferrying. Owner crews and third-party operators use us for the customs side alone.

Privacy when a transaction is sensitive

Customs entries are one of the places a pending deal or an ownership structure becomes visible earlier than the parties wanted. Because we are bonded, we can act as importer or exporter of record on the movement, which puts our name in that field. Ownership, title and the transaction itself are untouched.

Temporary RVSM for short-term ferry flights

Aircraft between operators often have nobody holding a current RVSM authorization for them, and flying a long leg below RVSM airspace burns the savings twice over. We issue temporary RVSM Letters of Authorization scoped to short-term ferry flying, so the movement in front of you can cruise where it should.
